Anti-Fraud Program Advantages:
- Formal anti-fraud training is provided on a continuing basis to all EMPLOYERS® staff members who deal with claim
files or policies of insurance.
- The investigation of criminal fraud is completely integrated into the basic claim investigation functions (arising out
of or in the course of employment, surveillance, etc).
- EMPLOYERS anti-fraud materials, posters, payroll stuffers and the Top 10 Warning Signs of Workers’ Comp Fraud are all available to our Producers and
Policyholders.
- Fraud Investigators are available to discuss general and specific anti-fraud questions and issues with our Producers
and Policyholders.
- A “Fraud Hotline” and e-mail address are operational 24 hours per day, seven days a week (including holidays), for the
reporting of suspected workers’ compensation fraud.
